Symbolising abundance and prosperity, our 6” VO Pineapple Tart Cake sees the luscious sweetness of pineapple paired with a beautiful, buttery crust seated atop a firm cookie-like tart base, with a layer of our signature slow-cooked pineapple jam and brûléed pineapples with gold flakes for a stunning, luxurious finish.

Mandarin Orange Carrot Cake . $88+

Bursting with zesty citrus goodness, our 9" Mandarin Orange Carrot Cake (1.7kg) is a moist, scrumptious delight, blending the tart juice of mandarins with sweet carrots and ground candlenut. Topped with plump mandarin segments and enveloped in a mandarin-infused cream cheese frosting, this cake brings a touch of heartwarming nostalgia to every bite.

Sugee Cake . $55+

Delight your guests this Lunar New Year with our 6" Sugee Cake — a traditional Eurasian rich and moist cake of semolina and ground almonds topped with thinly sliced almonds.

Gula Melaka Cake with Cashew Crumble . $55+

This 6” rum-infused round butter cake is reminiscent of a gula melaka pengat sauce and generously topped with a cashew crumble.

A traditional dish symbolising rising fortune and prosperity, steam yam cake decorated with crisp spring onions and thin-sliced chillies is studded with generous chunks of Chinese sausage, minced pork, dried prawn, mushrooms and five spice powder for a mouthful of umami-packed flavours.

Each order comes with a bottle of our signature VO Chilli Sauce for an extra spicy kick to be enjoyed together, as well as with other festive delights.

Toss to good fortune this Lunar New Year with our VO Fragrant Yu Sheng. At Violet Oon Singapore, our version of this colourful, piquant festive salad is a symphony of flavours and a medley of textures that involves an aromatic bouquet of kaffir lime leaves, pink ginger flowers, sweet beetroot, crispy fish skin and vitamin-rich ice plant to complement the luscious mounds of ingredients that include smoked salmon or abalone, fresh julienned vegetables, topped by crispy crackers and gold leaf topping.
