VO Lunar New Year Feast

Allow us to help you host a memorable coming together of loved ones at home with our scrumptious VO Lunar New Year Feast ($388). Freshly and lovingly prepared from our home for yours, highlight dishes include Ngoh Hiang, Udang Goreng Chilli, Assam Fish, Ayam Pong Tay, Chap Chye, and signature mains like our slow-cooked, fork-tender Beef Rendang and splatter-free Dry Laksa with plump juicy prawns, served with a side of housemade Sambal Belacan, Atachara and Jasmine Rice, portioned for approximately 8 diners.
To complement your feast, add on our VO Pineapple Tart Cake ($68) where sweet pineapple is paired with a beautiful, buttery crust with a layer of our signature slow-cooked pineapple jam and brûléed pineapples with gold flakes for a stunning, luxurious finish.

Look forward to gifting your colleagues, family, and friends with our seasonal special — the VO Wu Tao Gou (1.6kg/$80). Symbolically enjoyed during the Lunar New Year, our 9” VO Wu Tao Gou, traditional steamed yam cake is flavourful and deeply savoury as it is decadently packed with Chinese sausage, minced pork, dried prawns, dried mushrooms, and five spice powder. To add a punch of flavour, we’ve included our signature VO Chilli Sauce for guests who prefer a spicier mouthful.

Toss to good fortune this Lunar New Year with our VO Fragrant Yu Sheng. At Violet Oon Singapore, our version of this colourful, piquant festive salad is a symphony of flavours and a medley of textures that involves an aromatic bouquet of kaffir lime leaves, pink ginger flowers, sweet beetroot, crispy fish skin and vitamin-rich ice plant to complement the luscious mounds of ingredients that include smoked salmon or abalone, fresh julienned vegetables, topped by crispy crackers and gold leaf topping.
